    On what was a very grim time for our family, I had no idea what would be involved when we needed a 'death clean' for a deceased relative.     Highly professional & efficient service. Ken came to my rescue when another company refused to clean out the mess left by our daughter in an apartment where she died. It was such a stressful situation. There was furniture, broken glass & all sorts of paraphernalia to deal with. He said don’t worry we’ll handle it & they did. They even had to take big heavy furniture down 2 storeys when the lift broke down. Ken sent pictures of the finished job. I was astounded at the great job they did & how clean the apartment looked.       Do I need to be at the property while you work?

      No. Many families prefer us to manage everything. We can update you by phone, text, photos or video calls and coordinate with your real estate agent or lawyer if needed. 

      How do you work out the price?

      We start with a rough estimate over the phone using an hourly rate (with a minimum of 6 hours) plus tip fees. For larger or complex jobs we include allowances for unknowns and clearly explain any changes in cost as we go.

      What if you find more items than we expected?

      If we uncover extra items such as cars, tyres, motors, hazardous materials or other surprises, we: 

      1. Take photos, 
      2. Explain what’s involved, and 
      3. Confirm any additional cost with you before proceeding.
        No silent add-ons or hidden fees. 
      Can you help with selling valuable items?

      Yes. If we come across items that appear valuable, we flag them with you first. You decide whether to keep, sell, donate or recycle. In some cases we can help arrange sales or purchase items directly. 

      What happens to things that aren’t kept or sold?

      We prioritise reuse and recycling where possible. Suitable items are donated, recyclables are separated, and the rest is disposed of responsibly at approved facilities. 

       

      Do you do the cleaning as well

      Yes. We don’t just clear the property – we also clean inside, tidy outdoor areas and spruce up the garden so it’s ready to hand back for sale or rent. 

      Are you insured?

      Yes. We have public liability insurance.  

      How quickly can you start and how long does it take?

      Timeframes depend on the size and condition of the property, but we specialise in fast turnarounds so we can get the property ready quickly. We’ll give you an estimated start date and duration when we quote.
